Bow Sleeping Gong

We all need to sleep everyday, but do we know how to sleep well and also cultivate our Qi at the same time? All my teachers, like Grandmasters Yang Meijun and Wu Chun Yuen, slept like a bow. Sleeping like this can   save your Qi and so the next day you will feel more Qi. Practised regularly, the skin will be softer and will preserve the kidney Qi.
