Blowing Wind Part 3
Many people do not notice that when they are standing near an entrance to a room or building, there is a draft, and so the wind blows on us. If we stand there too long, it will make us weak and ill. We should always listen to our body. If our body is telling us that it is uncomfortable we should move away from that situation. Our body always tells us how it feels, sometimes it might take a while and sometimes it is immediate. We need to keep calm and relaxed most of the time, and then we will be able to feel the situation, the environment and even the things around us. This is the reason we practise Qìgōng 氣功 to keep us relaxed, calm, healthy and internally strong. Sometimes we will get ill, we cannot avoid it because we still socialise or work and communicate with other people. So we need to practise regularly in order to remain relaxed and calm. This will keep us health and in good condition.
