Creation for Forms – Part 2

Over 1800 year, our Dàyàn Qìgōng 大雁氣功 – Wild Goose Qìgōng ancestors created so many forms. From the Founder Dao An 道安 to my Sifu, Great Grandmaster Yáng Méijūn 楊梅君. Each form has its purpose, like Twinning Hands Bāguà 纏手八卦 which is good for the liver, Cotton Palm 綿掌, which is good for detoxing the bones, Long Vision Training Dan Gong 遙視練丹功, which is good for opening the Skyeye 天目, Enlightenment Gong 開發悟性功, which is good to enlightenment, etc. Each form is based on the knowledge from Chinese Medicine, Daoism, Yìjīng 易經, directions, numbers, acupuncture points, Jīng luò 經絡 – channels and nature. Actually, the essence of all the forms follow nature. If we look at nature, we will see that it has a system of balance. This is why we feel good each time we practise, and the more we practise the better we feel. When we first learn, we should try and remember the shape of the movements, and when we can remember them well, then we can look at the details. In the end, we should be able to practise without thinking, and this means that the form is you and you are part of nature, and nature is part of you. Then you will be healthy and develop you natural abilities, the things that you should have, like longevity, healing, sense things etc. So we just need to keep practising.
