How Many Times a Day Should We Practise – Part 3

If we practise once a day, anytime is good. If we practised twice a day, we should practise in the morning on the evening. This means during the daytime and at night-time. In the daytime, is best to practise when we can see the sun, and night-time it is best to practise when we can see the moon, this means that it is better to practise outside if we can. Practising three times a day we should choose the morning, sunset and evening. We can actually practise anytime between the morning and the evening, but sunset is the best choice. When we practise three times a day our standard of Qìgong 氣功 will be very good and can even reach a high level. Can we practise four times a day? The answer is yes! If we practise four times a day we should choose the morning, noon, sunset and evening. The morning should be from around 5:00 to 7:00am. noon is around 11:00am to 1:00pm. Sunset is 5 to 7:00pm. Midnight is 11:00pm to 1:00am. And this is big cause the relationship between the sun, moon and earth is stronger. The sun is Yáng 陽, and the moon Yīn 陰 is and at this time it is 50% Yáng and 50% Yīn. If we practise at this time, we will gather the maximum Qì from nature. The time of the Heaven Qì and Earth Qì is very important, but if we cannot make these times one or two hours difference will still be good for us.
