Eight Extra Channels 奇 經 八 脈 pt1

Normally, when we do not have enough money to buy our own home, we will normally rent somewhere to live. When we do have enough money we will buy our own flat or house, as all of us want to be safer and more secure.  It is the same with our Qi, when we have enough Qi to live, it will flow along Twelve Main Channels 十二經絡.  These are Lung, Heart, Kidney, Liver, Spleen, Stomach, Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Gallbladder and Urinary Bladder Channels. As you can see these are all connected with organs, but there are two more and these are the Pericardium and Triple Warmer Channels, which are not organs. Every day we eat, drink, breathe, rest and move and these help us to increase our Qi and also release the old Qi, because if this stays inside has too long it will become negative and will make us sick. So for example if we only breathe indoor air or polluted air it will make us ill therefore we need fresh air to breathe if we want to be healthy. These are the normal ways in which the Twelve Main Channels are supplied. However, if one day we have more Qi than usual, where does this go to?  In this case it will go to the Eight Extra Channels 奇 經 八 脈 and this means you are healthier and stronger.
