Mouth – Part 2
Our saliva can tell us whether we are healthy or not. If we are healthy there will be plenty of saliva and it will taste sweet, but if we are not, the saliva will be bitter or nasty. This is because the illness happens inside the body, gen in the internal organs and will come out to the external body through our saliva, our sweat, hair, skin and nails. We can see how good or bad our health is if we look at our face, our palms, skin, hair and nails. So we need to exercise them.
For the mouth we massage the acupuncture points and we can also move the mouth opening and closing it and moving the jaw left and right. Move the mouth as if you are talking and eating and in all different kinds of ways. We can also move the tongue back and for left and right rolling it and opening it again in many different ways. Then we can gently slap the mouth using the four fingers, starting on the cheeks the lips and in fact all over. We can actually gently slap the entire face as this will keep the circulation good. This will mean your mouth will create a lot of saliva and the lips and cheeks will become red naturally and look healthy.
