Acupuncture Points for the mouth
Acupuncture Points for the mouth

The mouth is very important part of the body, need it eat and talk. When the mouth has a problem we cannot eat and cannot speak.  So to take care of it, there are some exercises we can do. Outside of the mouth we have certain acupuncture points like, Ren Shiu Gou 水溝, Zhong 人中, Chang Jiang 承漿, Di Cang 地倉,Jia Che 頰車. We can massage these points 36 times using the index finger, either the left or the right hands. Sometimes we can massage using both the index and middle fingers together if we find it easier and more comfortable.  Massage the acupuncture points from top to bottom starting from the Shiu Gou, Ren Zhong, Chang Jiang, Di Cang and Jia Che.  We can massage the Di Cang and Jia Che at the same time using the left and right hands. When doing this massage we will find a lot of saliva develops in the mouth which is good. This means we are healthy and the digestive system is a good condition. We should swallow this saliva as it can help to balance the mind and the digestive system. However, if we find we do not have enough saliva it means we might have some problems of gland or stomach, same as a dry mouth is not good for the body as we need saliva to help digest our food.
