Master Tse’s Qigong Dao 202

Channels of the Day

We understand that the time, day, month and year all relate to our internal organs. Now we need to know that each organ has its own channel and acupuncture points, so if the channel is stimulated then the organ is stimulated as well. The same with the acupuncture points, if the points are stimulated then the related organ will be stimulated as well. When we do our Qigong, if we stimulate or put our energy into an acupuncture point, then its organ will benefit. At the end of the day, the most important thing is the organs benefit.

During the course of a day, if we do not work on the energy and the channels and just let them follow the normal rhythm of the day, they will be stimulated by the 24 hours of the day. The order is:

11pm to 1am is the Gallbladder Channel

1am to 3am is the Liver Channel

3am to 5am is the Lung Channel

5am to 7am is the Large Intestine Channel

7am to 9am is the Stomach Channel

9am to 11am is the Spleen Channel

11am to 1pm is the Heart Channel

1pm to 3pm is the Small Intestine Channel

3pm to 5pm Kidney Channel

5pm to 7pm is the Urinary Bladder Channel

7pm to 9pm is the Pericardium Channel

9pm to 11pm if the Triple Warmer Channel

Then the cycle repeats.
