Hand Tai Yang Small Intestine Jing 手太陽小腸經

From the Hand Shao Yin Heart Jing 手少陰心經 the Qi then flows to the Hand Tai Yang Small Intestine Jing 手太陽小腸經. Its strong time is from 1 to 3pm. We know that the heart and the small intestine are connected, and so after the heart the Qi flows to the small intestine. The heart is the Yin organ and the small intestine is the yang organ. The Qi flows from one Yang Jing to another Yang Jing and then flows to a Yin Jing to another Yin Jing and then repeats. The past point on the Heart Jing is the Shaochong Point 少沖穴, from here the Qi flows to the Shaoze Point 少澤穴 on the same little finger, near the nail and then flow up towards the ear along the outside of the arm, to the Tinggong Point 聽宮穴.

Hand Tai Yang Small Intestine Jing 手太陽小腸經

Nine point should take six days to remember. After learning the points for six Jing you should take a break for a week and just repeat the names and locations of the ones you have learnt. If a week is not enough, then take another week to make sure you have them before going on to learn the next six Jing.
