Hand Jue Yin Pericardium Jing 厥陰心包經

Hand Jue Yin Pericardium Jing 厥陰心包經

After the Foot Shao Yin Kidney Jing 足少陰腎經  the Qi then flows to the Hand Jue Yin Pericardium Jing 厥陰心包經. Its strong time is 7-9pm. The pericardium is around the heart and so it is almost as important as the heart. From the last point of the Kidney Jing, the Yufu Point 俞府穴, the Qi runs down to a point next to the nipple, which is the Tianchi  Point 天池穴. It then flows along the middle of the inner arm down to the middle finger, to the Zhongchong 中衝穴. This jing is very easy to remember as there are 18 points which means there are really only nine points that we need to remember. This is even less than the Heart Jing and so we can spend three days memorising them.

  1. Tianchi 天池
  2. Tianquan 天泉
  3. Quze 曲澤
  4. Ximen 郄門
  5. Jianshi 間使
  6. Neiguan 內關
  7. Daling 大陵
  8. Laogong 勞宮
  9. Zhongchong 中衝
